Uni-Sex Rectal Syringe Enema by Seven Creations

The Uni-Sex Rectal Syringe Enema by Seven Creations is an anal douche with 360-degree spray technology that cleanses thoroughly before sexual play. Its compact design and easy assembly make it straightforward to use and maintain. Anyone preparing for anal activity benefits from the confidence that thorough, even coverage provides.

About this product

The Uni-Sex Rectal Syringe Enema by Seven Creations delivers thorough anal cleansing through innovative 360-degree spray technology. Unlike basic bulb douches that spray in one direction, this syringe reaches all interior surfaces with each squeeze, reducing the need for repeated filling and refilling. The body-safe materials are smooth and comfortable, and the compact size makes it practical for home use or travel.

Assembly is straightforward—the syringe snaps together without tools or complicated steps. The design reflects the category standard for douches that prioritise complete coverage over simplicity alone. Once you finish using it, the syringe disassembles fully so every component can be washed properly and dried.

What stands out

• 360-degree spray pattern: Reaches all interior areas with one squeeze, whereas straight-spray douches leave blind spots and require multiple applications.
• Compact footprint: Small enough to pack for travel or store discreetly at home without taking up significant space.
• Easy assembly and breakdown: Snaps together in seconds and comes apart completely for thorough cleaning after each use.
• Body-safe construction: Smooth materials that suit the sensitivity of anal tissue and feel gentle during insertion.
• Efficient rinsing: All-around coverage means fewer refills and less time spent on preparation before play.

Applying an enemas and douch properly

Fill the syringe with warm water (not hot) and hold it upright before use. Insert the nozzle gently into the rectum while standing or in a comfortable position over a toilet or bidet. Squeeze the plunger slowly and steadily to release the spray; the 360-degree nozzle will distribute water evenly. Relax your muscles and allow the water to rinse the rectal interior, then expel into the toilet. For comfortable insertion and smooth operation, pair this syringe with sexual hygiene practices that include body-safe lubricant on the nozzle.

Repeat the fill-and-rinse cycle two or three times until the water runs clear, signalling thorough cleansing. After your final rinse, allow a few minutes for any remaining water to drain naturally. Clean the syringe immediately after use by running warm water through every component, including the nozzle spray head, to prevent mineral buildup and bacterial growth.

Is it a good match?

Care and storage

Disassemble the syringe immediately after each use and rinse every component—body, plunger, and nozzle—under warm running water. Use a soft brush to clean inside the barrel and around the spray holes to remove any mineral deposits or residue. Dry all parts completely before reassembly to prevent mould or bacterial growth. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Replace the syringe if the material becomes cracked, discoloured, or shows signs of wear.

More on the subject

Proper anal preparation is essential for comfort and safety during sexual play. Water temperature, technique, and choosing the right cleansing tool all affect both the experience and the health of delicate tissue. What to expect

The 360-degree spray distributes water more evenly than single-direction bulb douches, so you will need fewer refills to achieve thorough cleansing. Most first-time users notice the difference immediately—water reaches areas that straight sprays miss. Expect the entire process to take five to ten minutes from start to finish, depending on how many rinse cycles you choose.

The plunger action feels smooth and requires moderate hand pressure to release the spray. Insertion is straightforward if you apply lubricant to the nozzle; without it, friction may cause discomfort. The syringe is unisex in design, so it suits all genders and body types equally.

Cleanliness after use matters more than with some toys. Mineral deposits from tap water can build up inside the spray nozzle, reducing spray quality over time. Running warm water through the nozzle immediately after use prevents this problem; soaking the nozzle overnight in a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water once weekly keeps spray holes clear.

Durability is reliable if you handle the syringe gently during assembly and cleaning. The plunger seal may gradually wear with heavy use over many months, but standard care extends its lifespan considerably. People who prefer simpler, one-piece designs sometimes find the assembly step slightly inconvenient, though most adapt within one or two uses.
