Ultimate Douche by California Exotics

Ultimate Douche by California Exotics is a personal cleansing system with two interchangeable nozzles and a clear bottle for visual control during use. It delivers effective intimate hygiene before anal play or as part of regular hygiene maintenance. The medical-grade polyethylene construction suits repeated use without degradation.

What it is and how it's made

Ultimate Douche by California Exotics is a manual cleansing system built from medical-grade polyethylene that delivers complete control over water pressure and flow during intimate hygiene. The clear bottle lets you see exactly what is happening, removing guesswork from preparation. Two interchangeable nozzles—one slim and one standard—mean you can choose between gentle and thorough cleansing depending on your comfort level and needs. Unlike basic bulb douches, this system gives you sustained pressure control and visual feedback throughout the entire process.

The quick-change nozzle design means you switch between the 0.25-inch slim nozzle for initial gentle cleansing and the 0.5-inch standard nozzle for more thorough results, all without dismantling the bottle. This precision engineering sets it apart from fixed single-nozzle douches, which offer no customisation once you have committed to a session. The transparent construction eliminates uncertainty by showing you when water runs clear, confirming proper preparation.

Main features

• Dual nozzle system: Interchange between slim 0.25-inch and standard 0.5-inch diameter nozzles instantly to match your comfort and cleansing needs.
• Clear transparent bottle: Monitor water levels and clarity throughout use so you know preparation is complete and thorough.
• Medical-grade polyethylene: Durable, safe material withstands repeated use and regular cleaning without degradation or safety compromise.
• Manual pressure control: Squeeze the bottle to control flow and pressure yourself, giving you absolute authority over intensity.
• Ergonomic grip design: Comfortable hand positioning keeps the bottle secure and stable throughout the entire cleansing session.

Full specifications

• Material: Medical-grade polyethylene throughout bottle and nozzles for safety and durability.
• Slim nozzle dimensions: 3.25 inches long, 0.25 inches in diameter for gentle introductory cleansing.
• Standard nozzle dimensions: 3.5 inches long, 0.5 inches in diameter for more thorough cleansing action.
• Bottle design: Clear transparent polyethylene allows full visual monitoring of water clarity and contents.
• Assembly: Quick-change nozzle system requires no tools; hand-tightens for secure attachment.
• Filling capacity: Standard bottle volume holds sufficient warm water for complete intimate cleansing sessions.
• Box contents: One clear bottle, slim nozzle, standard nozzle, ready to use immediately upon opening.

Using it the right way

Fill the clear bottle with comfortably warm water—not hot, which can irritate sensitive internal tissue. Attach your preferred nozzle by hand-tightening it securely to the bottle opening. Stand over a toilet or in the shower, insert the nozzle gently, and squeeze the bottle slowly to control water flow. Start with gentle pressure using the slim nozzle if this is your first time, then switch to the standard nozzle for more thorough results once you feel confident. Continue until water runs clear, which confirms complete cleansing.

Allow several minutes between filling and insertion so internal tissue can adjust to the water temperature and sensation. Rinse the bottle and both nozzles thoroughly with warm water immediately after use—do not let residue dry inside. Products from the sexual hygiene collection can complement your routine if desired. Store the bottle and nozzles completely dry in a cool location away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Who it suits

Care and storage

Rinse both nozzles and the interior bottle thoroughly with warm water immediately after every use—do not allow water or residue to dry inside. Use your fingers or a soft brush to clean nozzle channels if needed. Air dry completely on a clean towel before reassembling and storing. Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or damp environments. Replace nozzles if they show cracks, clouding, or persistent discolouration that warm water alone will not remove.

What to expect

The clear bottle eliminates the common frustration of guessing whether cleansing is complete. Most first-time users report that seeing water run clear builds confidence significantly compared to bulb douches, where you cannot monitor progress. The slim nozzle suits those new to cleansing systems, while the standard nozzle delivers noticeably more thorough results once you are comfortable with pressure and insertion depth.

Initial sessions typically take five to ten minutes from filling to confirmation. Warm water feels gentler than cold, and allowing thirty seconds after insertion helps tissue adjust before you begin squeezing. The manual pressure control means you control intensity entirely—rushing through creates discomfort, while slower steady pressure delivers better results with less sensation.

Cleansing effectiveness depends partly on diet and hydration. Adequate fibre and water intake in the hours before cleansing means less time spent on preparation. The polyethylene bottle and nozzles require only warm water for cleaning—no special products or complicated disassembly. Most users report the entire cleaning and drying process takes less than fifteen minutes once you establish a routine.

The dual nozzle system means this device suits both cautious first-timers and experienced users. People who return systems typically prefer automated or shower-mounted options rather than manual squeezing, or they struggle with the transition from bulb douches to sustained pressure control. Those who keep it report appreciation for the transparency, control, and absence of surprises during preparation.
