Rechargeable Vibrating Bullet 12cm by Passion Play

The Rechargeable Vibrating Bullet 12cm by Passion Play is a silicone bullet vibrator with 21 vibration patterns, USB recharging, and water resistance. It's compact enough to travel with and designed for solo or partnered use. Its low-frequency vibrations and ergonomic shape make it suitable for beginners and experienced users alike.

Design and build

The Rechargeable Vibrating Bullet 12cm by Passion Play combines a tapered silicone body with an internal ABS motor to create a discreet, handheld vibrator. The purple silicone exterior is smooth and non-porous, safe for direct skin contact and easy to clean between uses. Its 12 cm length and 2 cm width make it one of the more portable options in its category—small enough to fit into a clutch or travel bag without bulk.

The motor sits within the ABS housing and delivers 21distinct vibration patterns, ranging from steady pulses to complex wave sequences. Unlike Metal Vibrators, which transmit vibration through rigid material and tend toward sharper sensation, silicone absorbs and distributes vibration more softly. This design choice means the bullet suits longer sessions and offers a gentler initial experience, particularly for users exploring vibration for the first time.

What stands out

• 21 vibration patterns: Includes steady pulses, escalating patterns, and waves—enough variation to discover preferred rhythms without overwhelming complexity.
• USB rechargeable: No disposable batteries required; a full charge takes approximately 120 minutes and delivers up to 45 minutes of continuous play.
• Low-frequency vibrations: Gentler than high-speed buzzers, producing broad stimulation rather than pinpoint intensity, suited to extended wear.
• Water resistant design: Sealed silicone and ABS allow use in the bath or shower; not a limitation on where or when you use it.
• Compact and discreet: At 12 cm, it fits standard travel pouches and does not announce itself visually or by sound during use.

Setting up a rechargeable bullet vibrator

Charge the bullet fully before first use—this takes approximately 120 minutes via the included USB cable. Connect the charging port to any standard USB power source (computer, wall adapter, or power bank). During charging, an indicator light shows status; consult the instruction leaflet for colour codes specific to your model.

When charged, press the single power button to activate. The first press starts the vibrator on pattern one; each subsequent press cycles through the 21 patterns until you reach your preferred setting. To pause, hold the button for two seconds. Unlike Clit Pulsators, which offer targeted rhythmic pulses, this bullet produces broader vibration across its surface—position it to suit your preference. Between sessions, rinse with warm water and mild soap, pat dry, and store in a clean pouch in a cool place. Recharge when the vibrations weaken or before storage longer than a week.

Is this the one for you?

Care and storage

Clean the bullet after each use with warm soapy water or a dedicated toy cleaner, paying attention to seams where bacteria can harbour. Pat dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth and allow to air-dry completely before storage. Store in a cool, dark place—a breathable pouch or cloth bag is ideal. Keep away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures, which can degrade silicone over time. Recharge monthly if stored long-term to maintain battery health.

Background reading

Bullet vibrators remain one of the most portable and discreet options in the vibrator range, suitable for solo exploration, partnered play, or travel. Their compact size and simple operation appeal to beginners and experienced users equally. For a deeper look at choosing and using bullet vibrators, read the Bullet Vibrators Buyers Guide.

What to expect

First-time users often find the low-frequency vibration gentler than anticipated—if you are accustomed to high-speed buzzers, this bullet will feel more rumbly and diffuse. The 21 patterns mean you have options, but cycling through them takes time. Most people find their preferred pattern within the first few uses and return to it consistently.

Battery life of 45 minutes per charge suits most solo sessions; longer partnered play may require a mid-session top-up. Charging takes two hours, so plan accordingly. The silicone surface is easy to clean and dries quickly, making it low-maintenance compared to motorised toys with harder-to-reach components.

The compact size makes it genuinely travel-friendly, though users report the motor noise is audible in a quiet room—not silent, but not loud enough to carry through walls. Water resistance means shower use is straightforward, though you should not submerge the charging port itself.

This vibrator holds up well to regular use; silicone does not degrade quickly, and the motor does not typically fail within the first 2–3 years of ordinary care. Users who struggle with it often cite pattern fatigue (wishing for simpler controls) rather than mechanical failure.
