Unisex Douche and Enema Cleansing System by Pipedream

Unisex Douche and Enema Cleansing System by Pipedream is a 2-litre personal hygiene system with dual specialised tips and precision water-flow control. It delivers thorough internal cleansing with hands-free operation capability. Use it before intimacy, during hygiene routines, or for medical preparation with full command over pressure and flow.

What it is and how it's made

Unisex Douche and Enema Cleansing System by Pipedream is a gravity-fed hygiene system built around a 2-litre flexible bag and precision tap mechanism. The system ships with two interchangeable tips—a longer vaginal applicator and a shorter anal applicator—both engineered from body-safe, non-porous materials that resist bacteria and are simple to clean. The built-in flow control tap sets it apart from basic single-tip kits; you regulate water pressure by opening or closing the valve, so you adapt the intensity to your needs rather than accepting whatever pressure gravity provides.

This design philosophy extends to the mounting system. A suction cup hook anchors the bag to bathroom tiles or walls, enabling hands-free operation during your routine. Unlike smaller systems, which force you to refill partway through, the 2-litre capacity supports complete Anal Cleansing and douching routines from start to finish. The foldable bag collapses when empty, so storage stays discreet and takes minimal space.

Features worth knowing

• 2-Litre capacity: Generous volume ensures thorough cleansing without interruption, refilling, or repeated fills during a single session.
• Dual specialised tips: Two different applicators—5.5 inches for vaginal use and 2.75 inches for anal use—address different anatomical needs in one system.
• Precision tap control: Built-in valve gives you exact command over water flow and pressure, so you can go gentle or thorough.
• Hands-free wall mounting: Suction cup hook holds the bag steady and secure, freeing both hands for comfort and safety.
• Foldable and portable: Collapses flat when empty, making it easy to store behind a bathroom door or pack for travel.

The technical detail

• Capacity: 2 litres (approximately 67 fluid ounces) of water per fill.
• Vaginal tip: 5.5 inches long, designed for internal douching and targeted cleansing.
• Anal tip: 2.75 inches long, shaped for anal cleansing and enema use.

• Flow mechanism: Built-in precision tap with manual open–close control; no batteries or electronic components.
• Mounting: Suction cup hook rated for bathroom tile and smooth wall surfaces.
• Box contents: 2-litre bag, dual tips, suction cup hook, and instructional guide.

Using it the right way

Fill the 2-litre bag with body-temperature water—warm but not hot, around 37–40 °C. Hang the bag using the suction cup hook on a smooth bathroom wall or tile at roughly shoulder height or above, so gravity assists the flow. Attach your preferred tip to the bag outlet, position yourself comfortably on the toilet or over a bathtub, and open the precision tap slowly. Start with a gentle flow by opening the valve just slightly; you can increase pressure by opening it further as you become comfortable. For Feminine Hygiene routines, use the longer vaginal tip and maintain a gentle, steady pressure throughout.

Allow water to flow until you feel full or until the bag empties, then close the tap and remove the tip. Most people find the routine takes 5–10 minutes total. After use, thoroughly rinse both tips and the bag interior with clean water, then hang them to air-dry completely before storage. Do not store a damp bag; moisture encourages bacterial growth. Empty the bag fully before packing it away, and keep both tips and the bag in a clean, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight.

Who should buy it

Care and storage

After each use, rinse both tips and the interior of the 2-litre bag under running water until the water runs clear. Use a soft cloth or sponge; do not scrub with abrasive materials. Hang the bag and tips upside down in a warm, well-ventilated space to air-dry completely—usually 2–4 hours. Store both tips and the folded bag in a clean, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Check the bag and tips monthly for discolouration, cracks, or odour; discard if any damage appears.

Background reading

Internal cleansing before anal play reduces anxiety and improves confidence for many people. Water-based systems like this one give you control that basic single-tip kits cannot match, letting you adjust pressure on the fly rather than accepting whatever gravity provides. Understanding proper technique—slow fill, gentle pressure, and complete drying after use—keeps you safe and comfortable. Read more in our guide to Anal Play For Women.

What to expect

First-time users often find the 2-litre capacity liberating; you can complete an entire cleansing routine without pausing to refill. The precision tap takes a few tries to master—most people start by opening it too wide and learn quickly to adjust. Water temperature matters more than newcomers expect; body-temperature water flows naturally and feels comfortable, while anything cooler triggers cramping and anything hotter risks internal irritation.

The dual tips mean most people stop buying separate kits and consolidate their cleansing tools into this one system. Vaginal use tends to be faster than anal use, simply because the longer tip sits differently and the routine is typically briefer. Cleaning the bag thoroughly after every use is non-negotiable; any retained water grows bacteria within hours, so air-drying both tips and the bag interior completely matters more than with hard-sided systems.

Weight and pressure sensitivity vary widely. Some people need only 500 millilitres of the 2-litre capacity per session; others use the full 2 litres. Neither is abnormal. The foldable design means the bag compresses easily for travel, though the suction hook limits portability if you are moving between accommodation without fixed bathroom surfaces.

Longevity depends entirely on maintenance. Bags kept clean, dry, and stored flat typically last 2–3 years of regular use. Bags that are left damp or stored while still full tend to develop cracks or odour within months. The tips are more durable than the bag itself and often outlast it; replace the bag if you notice any splits, cloudiness, or persistent odour that cleaning does not fix.
