Laselle 28g Love Egg by Intimina

The Laselle 28g Love Egg by Intimina is a weighted silicone pelvic floor exerciser that strengthens your pelvic muscles through gentle resistance during everyday activities. It improves bladder control, improves sexual sensation, and builds core stability without requiring dedicated time or effort. Men new to pelvic training or looking for real functional improvement find it straightforward and discreet.

The product itself

The Laselle 28g Love Egg by Intimina is a weighted pelvic floor trainer made from 100% medical-grade silicone made to strengthen your pelvic muscles through gentle, consistent resistance. Unlike manual Kegel exercises that demand focus and technique, this exerciser works passively while you go about your day—sitting at your desk, commuting, or relaxing at home. The weight inside creates just enough resistance to engage your pelvic floor muscles naturally, and the smooth silicone surface slides in easily and positions itself for optimal muscle activation. Unlike traditional cock rings that focus on external support and sensation, this tool builds strength from the inside out.

What sets the Laselle apart is its self-aligning design—there's no guesswork about whether you're targeting the right muscles. The silicone is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and completely free from harmful chemicals, so you can wear it confidently every day. Most men notice real improvements in firmness, control, and sensitivity within two to four weeks of consistent use. The exerciser cleans in seconds with soap and water and requires no batteries, charging, or complicated maintenance.

Wearing a cock ring comfortably

The Laselle is not a cock ring—it's inserted internally like a tampon to train your pelvic floor. To begin, wash your hands and the exerciser with warm water. Apply a water-based lubricant to the smooth silicone surface and to your opening for easier insertion. Relax your muscles, angle the exerciser slightly upward, and gently slide it in until it sits comfortably inside. Once positioned, you'll feel the weight, and your pelvic floor muscles naturally engage to hold it in place. The exerciser requires no active squeezing at first; simply wearing it creates gentle resistance.

Most men wear the Laselle for one to two hours during their first session, then gradually increase duration as comfort improves. You can sit, walk, stand, or even exercise while wearing it—the constant low-level engagement is what makes it effective. Removal is straightforward: bear down gently as if using the toilet, and the exerciser will slide out. If you're exploring other options like Figure 8 Cock Rings for external support, remember that the Laselle builds internal strength, which actually improves performance regardless of what you wear externally.

Is this the one for you?

Care and storage

Rinse the Laselle with warm water and mild soap immediately after each use, paying attention to the entire surface. Pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth or air dry completely in a clean environment. Store it in a cool, dry place—a small pouch or drawer works well—away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or alcohol-based cleaners, as these can degrade the silicone. With proper care, your Laselle will remain safe and effective for years of consistent use.

What to expect

First-time users often find insertion straightforward because the smooth silicone slides easily and the compact size feels manageable. You may feel mild discomfort or slight pressure the first few times—that's normal and typically disappears within one or two sessions as your body adjusts. Most men wear it for thirty minutes to two hours during initial use, then gradually extend wear time as comfort increases.

Real changes in strength, control, and sensation typically appear within two to four weeks of consistent use. You'll notice your muscles respond more readily during masturbation or sex, firmness may improve, and stamina often increases noticeably. Some men report better bladder control within the same timeframe. The exerciser remains completely silent and invisible to anyone around you, so there's no social awkwardness or need to explain your training routine.

Cleaning is genuinely quick—a thirty-second rinse with warm water and mild soap is all you need. The silicone doesn't absorb odours or harbour bacteria if dried properly, so maintenance is minimal. Most men find the simplicity motivating; there's no complexity getting in the way of consistent use, which is what drives real results.

The Laselle works best for men committed to three to four weeks of consistent wear. If you're hoping for overnight results or prefer external-only tools, this internal trainer may feel like extra effort initially. Once results start showing—which most men experience—the motivation to continue builds naturally.
