Fist It Shower Douche Anal Douche by Shots Toys

Fist It Shower Douche Anal Douche by Shots Toys is a shower-mounted cleansing system that connects directly to your water supply with an integrated valve for precise pressure control. It suits anyone wanting routine hygienic preparation without the hassle of portable equipment or manual filling.

The product itself

Fist It Shower Douche Anal Douche by Shots Toys is a permanently mounted cleansing device that attaches to your existing shower system. The core feature is its integrated valve mechanism, which gives you real-time control over water pressure rather than relying on fixed flow or manual adjustment. This sits alongside other douches on the market, but its shower-mounted design means it becomes part of your daily routine rather than equipment you hunt for.

The hanger brace keeps it secure and out of sight, so your bathroom stays tidy and the device is always ready when you need it. Build quality is solid—it's made to handle daily use and repeated water exposure without degrading. What sets it apart from portable bulbs or enema kits is simplicity: no filling, no containers, no setup beyond the initial installation.

How much to use, and when

Use Fist It Shower Douche Anal Douche when you want hygienic preparation before penetrative activity or as part of your regular grooming routine. Start by connecting it to your shower water supply following the included instructions. Turn the valve gently to begin with a mild water pressure, then increase gradually until you reach the intensity that feels right for your body.

Most people find the whole process takes 5–10 minutes once they know their preferred pressure setting. Water temperature should be warm but not hot—similar to a comfortable shower. For detailed guidance on technique and safety, explore our Anal Cleansing collection, which includes instructions and complementary products. Use it as often as suits your routine, whether that is daily, several times weekly, or before specific occasions.

Care and storage

Rinse Fist It Shower Douche thoroughly with clean water after every use to prevent mineral buildup or residue accumulation. Leave the valve in the open position so water drains fully from inside the unit. Once monthly, run warm water through it for 30 seconds to clear any deposits. Store it mounted in your shower—no special storage needed beyond the built-in hanger brace. Keep the valve accessible and periodically check that the connection to your shower supply remains tight.

More on the subject

Anal cleansing is a straightforward hygiene practice with proven benefits for comfort and confidence. Understanding proper technique, water temperature, and frequency prevents discomfort and helps maintain healthy tissue. What to expect

First-time users often underestimate how gentle they need to start. Begin with the valve barely open and increase pressure gradually—your body will tell you what feels right. Most people find that once they locate their ideal pressure setting, they return to it automatically every time. The learning curve is short, usually one or two uses before the process becomes intuitive.

Water temperature matters more than people expect. Warm water (similar to your regular shower) is comfortable and effective; hot water can irritate sensitive tissue, and cold water creates unnecessary shock. The system gives you complete control, so you can pause, adjust, and resume without stopping the whole process.

Cleaning afterwards is simple—just run the shower normally for a minute. The mounted design means no containers to scrub or dry. Most users appreciate that the whole routine becomes something they do without thinking, like brushing teeth, once it's part of their shower setup.

Durability is solid for daily use. The valve mechanism stays responsive with age, and the plastic components resist water damage well. If you live in a hard-water area, mineral deposits may build up over months; running warm water through for 30 seconds monthly prevents this entirely.
